Q: How can I best contact you?
A: By phone to start: 206.395.9301. It's fast, secure, and allows the most direct contact. I return phone calls within a few hours during weekdays and am pleased to answer inquiries and questions.
Q: What is your fee?
A: Please call me, and I will be happy to talk about it with you.
Q: Do you offer a sliding scale fee?
A: I do not. But even if you think you may not be able to afford psychotherapy, call me anyway, as I often know of colleagues who may have lower-fee slots open.
Q: What insurance do you take?
A: I am a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross and Aetna. For your convenience, I am pleased to offer billing statements that can be submitted to any other insurance company, even if I am not a participating provider.
