Electronic Health Record Templates for Washington State

Below are links to downloadable LibreOffice versions of the Electronic Health Record Templates for Washington State.  The templates are best used with LibreOffice which can be used on Apple computers/Mac operating systems (they were created with LibreOffice 4.3 for Mac OS X).  LibraOffice is a free open source suite of programs which is very similar to the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
